We collect: name and email address (account creation), profile information (avatar, bio, preferences), booking and payment data, coaching session data, communications with other users, and usage data (page views, features used).

We process your data on the following lawful bases: performance of a contract (to provide booking and coaching services), legitimate interests (to improve the platform and ensure security), and consent (for marketing communications and optional features).
4. How We Use Your Data
To provide and maintain the Platform, process bookings and payments, facilitate coaching sessions, send service notifications, improve our services, and comply with legal obligations.
5. Data Sharing
We share your data with: Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (database hosting), and other users as necessary for bookings and coaching sessions (your display name, rating, and tags are visible to other users). We do not sell your personal data.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we retain essential data for up to 90 days to comply with legal obligations. Booking and transaction records are retained for 6 years as required by UK tax law.

8. International Transfers
Your data is stored on servers in the UK and EU (London, eu-west-2). Where third-party processors operate outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place via Standard Contractual Clauses.
