1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Courva ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
Courva provides a platform for padel and racket sport venue booking, coaching session management, player matchmaking, and related services. The Platform is operated by BuiltByGo Ltd.
3. Accounts
You must create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
4. Bookings & Payments
Bookings are paid via wallet balance. Wallet top-ups are processed by Stripe. Cancellations are permitted up to 24 hours before the scheduled session. Late cancellations forfeit the payment. All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
5. Coaching Sessions
Coaching sessions are booked directly through the Platform. Session packs are pre-paid bundles with an expiry date as specified at purchase. Coaches set their own rates and are independent service providers, not employees of Courva.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to: misuse the Platform, interfere with other users' experience, submit false information, or engage in any activity that violates applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property
The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BuiltByGo Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Courva shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
